Overview

The Bushel platform is a leading provider of software technology solutions for the agriculture industry, offering real-time business information for its users. With the goal of improving efficiency and providing a more convenient experience, the company decided to incorporate money movement capabilities into its platform through the integration of Bushel Wallet.

UX Research & Ideation

To gather insights and determine the best solution for this project, our UX researchers conducted interviews with growers and performed a comparative analysis of existing processes. I worked closely with our researcher and subject matter experts to gain a thorough understanding of the challenges faced by growers. I used this information to create various prototypes and conducted usability tests to ensure the design met the needs of users.

Solution

The solution for this project was the integration of Bushel Wallet into the mobile and web platforms, allowing for money movement within the app. This feature included the ability for users to request and make payments alongside their transaction history information, increasing efficiency and providing a more convenient experience. The design was user-centered, focusing on providing a simple and secure solution for financial transactions within the Bushel ecosystem.

Conclusion & Impact

The integration of Bushel Wallet into the Bushel platform has had a significant impact on the experience of growers, providing a convenient and secure way to move money within the app. This feature has increased efficiency and streamlined the financial transaction process, reducing the need for paper checks or ACH payments. Overall, this project was a success, meeting its goal of improving the user experience and providing a solution that met the needs of its users.
